Is this the right way to deal with this?

A guy who was an illigeal ran a stop sign and hit an older couple. He didnt stop .He than drove the buss. truck to his work place were he hide out for a few hours with cops guns drawn his employer talked him into coming out. The couple had been married for over 40yrs. The lady was ok after a while but the man had a slow bleed in his brain that led to stroke like affect on his left side. The man is not going tto get full use back.....The whole debait was the judge thought that 2 - 4 in prison was to harsh?That leaving the car there and not stopping was the resolt of the mans health getting worse?The as hl just wanted to be sent back home to live his life while the old guy would never be the same.ok so he never had got in to trouble before but he had been in the us for over5yrs.wthot trying for statice.He got 12mths with 70days good time and before he can be deported has go before the judge again. 1 more ? the boss of the guy is a big bus. man.Shld he gt in trbl?

Is this the right way to deal with this?
This is horrible! So they deport the illegal and he's back in a week. This is not justice!





The employer should be in jail too. He broke the law by hiring the illegal. If employers go to jail for hiring illegals, the job market dries up and they self-deport. That's justice.

Reply:Not only should the illegal have gotten a larger prison sentence. His employer should of faced a huge fine and jail time for being an accessory to a crime.


These peoples lives are ruined forever because an illegal who shouldnt of been driving in the first place ran them over.





Edit- for the guy a couple comments below me. Yes there are legal americans who commit crimes and get off easy. This guy however shouldnt have been here in the first place, he is not LEGAL and he could not have had a legal license nor was he employed legally.

Reply:and you didn't say a word about the citizen who was suspended hitting and killing a homeless man and getting off scott free with no jail time so now why insist on jail time? These people didn't die. He should not have gotten any time since the US citizen got off with only a traffic infraction when he murdered a homeless man with his truck and he wasn't even insured.
