my friend started a cash flow club in cleveland. he told me that he simply downloaded the 501c3 forms from the federal web site.
be careful tho...when they do the phone intervu with you make sure to tell them that you are not charging money, and not making money
u probably will have to later, but state that now else it will really slow the process (we're talking years!)...my buddy made this mistake %26amp; had to end up getting a lawyer...he fixed it in a week after this guy has spent 3 years!
